"I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Mia at Arlo Henderson's office! I was shopping for auto insurance through the typical do-it-yourself quotes online and comparing coverages and settled on a policy with State Farm. Arlo's office was selected as the default most likely due to the proximity of my address in Westchase. A few days had passed since I purchased the policy and since I had never been a State Farm customer before, I had some questions and called Arlo's office. This type of customer service is getting very difficult to find these days. Mia was fantastic, knowledgeable and does what is best for her customers."
